We all need it every day. The choices we make in this area is vast. So many options – so many flavors – and it all affects our bodies and our health. While I’m no nutritionist and I’m not giving any medical advice, I have done extensive research. I’m sharing my own experience of transforming my health through food. Good clean food. What is that? The way I see it is food made the way nature intended. That is organic food. No chemicals, no genetic altering anything. Just simple good clean fresh unprocessed food. Since the quality of my food has improved I need less quantity. It’s amazing!
I have found that washing all fruits and vegetables are important. I soak everything in about 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in water for 15 minutes. Then rinse well. What do you do to clean your food?
